How do I get started?
Contact Susan using the inquiry form. She will reach out by phone or email to learn more about your pet and the services you're interested in.
Is a meet-and-greet required?
Yes. A meet-and-greet is required before care begins. Susan will meet your pet in their home, answer any questions you may have, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. This also helps her learn your pet's routine and any special care instructions.
What pets do you care for?
Susan loves and cares for all kinds of animals. Dogs and cats are the most common, but she is happy to discuss other pets as well. No aggressive or unpredictable pets, please.
How are updates handled?
Updates typically include photos and a brief description of your pet's day. You can expect a morning and evening update, along with 3-4 photos when possible. Updates may also include medication confirmations or other important notes when applicable.
What should I prepare before care begins?
Please complete all required forms before the first visit. Make sure Susan knows where all necessary supplies are located, including food, leashes, litter supplies, medications, treats, and any other items your pet may need. These details are usually reviewed during the meet-and-greet.
